Product Description

Features:

1.     Independent parking system suitable for covered garage with pit.
2.      Structure frame composed of 2 back columns fixed to side walls & floor plus 2 side C- channels that connect the platforms together.
3.      Hydraulic movement system through 2 vertical cylinders moving inside C- channels, oil tubes and valves. 
4.      Wear resistance sliding blocks at connection between platforms & columns for smooth movement.
5.      Customized dimensions for 2 parking spaces (wide platform version with 4 parking spaces).
6.      Special mechanism of torsion bar with pinions under lower platform and vertical gear rack engaged with pinions teeth to achieve stable movement.
7.      Balance system of roller chain at each long side of lower platform, fixed to the floor from one end, engaging completely around torsion bar pinion teeth then fixed to upper platform.
8.      Diamond-plates or galvanized wave plates for both upper & lower platforms.
9.      Tire stoppers in each platform to ensure correct placement of the cars.
10.   Limit switch in every level to stop platforms at predefined heights, IP67.
11.   Electric operation box equipped with dead man pushbuttons, emergency stop and on/off key switch.
12.   Electric Operation Box is operated by 24 V to protect against short circuit.
13.   Hydraulic power unit and electric panel could be placed either on wall or on the floor.
14.   Steel parts are shotblasted then powder coated with desired color.
